We complete an extensive comparative market analysis of your area by searching for homes that have recently sold, homes that are presently for sale and expired listings. Broker, Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of REALTORS Institute (GRI) and Certified Relocation Agent. Generally 60 to 90 days. Average days on the market depends on the home and the area.

Generally within 2% to 3%, however, this also varies on where the sales price began and the condition of the home. Whatever it takes! We know the value of marketing; we rank in the top 1% of realtors citywide.

We have a periodic mailings to the top real estate in the area with an incentive from us and/or the seller.

We bring samples of our marketing tools to listing appointments.

We provide a personalized homebook for each of our listings which provides potential buyers with valuable information such as schools, utilities, financing, etc.

Sellers receive a telephone call or emails once each week with updates on feedback from showings and upcoming advertising. Yes depending on the time of year up to two-each with unique responsibilities.
